Binance teamed up with Cristiano Ronaldo for the CR7 NFT collection, celebrating iconic moments from his football career. The creative direction included a set of static designs that needed to be transformed into high-end, animated NFT assets.
NFT Design
I took the team’s static card designs and rebuilt them in 3D, adding realistic detail, lighting, and reflections. I developed a custom holographic material to give each card a premium, collectible feel, and encased them in sleek glass display cases for added depth and quality.
Ronaldo CR7 Drop
The 3D assets were used in the official NFT drop, elevating the visual impact of the collection and creating a distinctive, high-value look for the digital collectibles market.
Proof of Skill
In addition to the main card series, we created the “Proof of Skill” token — a special NFT fans could collect to celebrate their participation in the drop. The “Proof of Skill” token added an extra layer of engagement for fans, making the campaign more interactive and rewarding.
